Monica, who comes from a theatrical family, is an experienced stage actress and director. Among the plays she has performed and/or directed are Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Henry V; Noël Coward’s Hay Fever, Private Lives, Blithe Spirit and The Young Idea; Agatha Christie’s A Murder is Announced; PJ Wodehouse’s What Ho Jeeves!; and Moliere’s Tartuffe.
With students ranging from five to eighty years old, from beginners to intermediates, Monica is expert at bringing out the best in all stage performers and infecting them with a passion for the words they are speaking. She is particularly experienced in coaching students for LAMDA examinations.
A practised public speaker, Monica is experienced in providing tuition in elocution, confidence and oratory.
